Just a decade ago Sindhudurg was declared as an tourism District.Sindhudurg was the First District in India to be given "Tourism District"Status . It was a right intiative in right direction.Were in Natural & Eco Sensitive Factors could be preserved and at the same time Employment & Business could grow.
But 10 Years down the line 67 % or more of the district has been declared as mining area .Many Projects have moved up to implementation Stage.These Blog is an interaction point for exchanging ideas , understanding the Long term effects, & Above all what shall be in hands of commons at the end of all these
Many facts GRs , Reports & Views of different people have been Brought to face with help of many of my freinds .Hope these turns to be the starting point of Fight to save our District
